Full Time Position
We're looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, efficient and has great attention to details.
In this role you will be responsible for communication with customers on backorders. You will also be dealing with customer enquires via email and or phone calls.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales (online/over the phone/some in store sales)
- Customer Service
- Provide product packages and solutions to customers
- Dealing with local suppliers
- Other sales and customer service related tasks as requested from time to time
Relevant Skills, Training and Experience:
- A background in the Photo and Video industry is preferred with a good knowledge of equipment and a willingness to learn & grow your knowledge.
